INGREDIENTS


  • 20g blanched hazelnuts
  • 20g blanched cashew nuts
  • 100ml water
  • 2 pitted Medjool dates
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 100g dairy-free yogurt alternative

 

METHOD


  • Soak the nuts in water overnight.
  • The following morning add the nuts and the soaking water to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until you have a smooth consistency.
  • Serve over ice if desired.
