How it Works

STEP 1

Onboarding

Upon sign-up you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. Thereafter, we will be in touch when we have available spaces to work with us. You will then fill in a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire so your assigned coach can really get to know you, your goals and your current obstacles.

STEP 2

Tailored approach

Your assigned coach will get to work designing a tailored made nutrition and training plan specific to you, your lifestyle and of course your goals. You will have weekly check-in’s to ensure a great level of accountability and support.

STEP 3

programming

Upon receiving your training and nutrition plan, the coaching will begin. Your coach will keep tracking and reviewing your progress, adapting and progressing based upon your feedback, results and needs.

STEP 4

Continued Support

We will continue working together for the duration of your block. By following our advice, our knowledge, and with our support – you will be able to transform into the best version of yourself both physically and mentally.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share with my clients. From working in small, local gyms to one of the largest and most successful super gyms in the country, I have a proven track record of success in helping people achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, I am the creator and instructor of one of the most popular fitness classes in Scotland, FT-Fit.

In recent years, I have felt a growing desire to offer my clients something truly unique and personalized. I believe that every individual has their own unique fitness goals and needs, and it is my mission to help each client achieve these goals in a way that is tailored specifically to them.

I’ve been working with Paul now about 6,7 months now and the difference has to be seen to be believed. I walked through his door for the first time at 100.7kg and 4 months later I was down to a realistic, maintainable 87kg. Losing almost 14kg was fantastic! Paul works very closely with his clients and helps you towards your goals. He also takes the time to help with a diet plan to ensure the exercise is getting as much help form the food you eat as possible. I’ve had a few trainers in the last but none that are easy easy to get with while pushing you to your limits.

Paul is brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and professional but also able to offer great banter. My sessions with him (many 1 hour PT sessions) have always been enjoyable despite my relationship with exercise not being so great prior. He is dedicated and will make sure you’re doing the right exercises for your goals. Highly, highly recommend.

Have known Paul for many years and have enjoyed taking part in his Bootcamps and FT Fit classes. Paul pushes you hard to get the best from you and the workout... which i appreciate. His cheeky sense of humour brings (i suppose) an added bonus to his classes as it does take your mind off what you're supposed to be doing... even though he forgets the time for each station during FT Fit (Haha) Top notch guy and first class trainer. Paul runs a excellent outdoor bootcamp for all abilities of fitness. Even my wife who is not fitness orientated enjoys it. It can be hard as you want to make but Paul makes it very enjoyable and joins in with the banter - sometimes at his own expense. Give it a try, you may find you will enjoy it!!!!
