How Online coaching Works
STEP 1
Onboarding
Upon sign-up you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to help me understand your goals, circumstances and preferences. Thereafter, we will be in touch when we have available spaces to work with us. You will then fill in a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire so your assigned coach can really get to know you, your goals and your current obstacles.
STEP 2
Tailored approach
Your assigned coach will get to work designing a tailored made nutrition and training plan specific to you, your lifestyle and of course your goals. You will have weekly check-in’s to ensure a great level of accountability and support.
STEP 3
programming
Upon receiving your training and nutrition plan, the coaching will begin. Your coach will keep tracking and reviewing your progress, adapting and progressing based upon your feedback, results and needs.
STEP 4
Continued Support
We will continue working together for the duration of your block. By following our advice, our knowledge, and with our support – you will be able to transform into the best version of yourself both physically and mentally.
