Resilience builds us. Creates discipline. Makes us unstoppable.

And this week – we’re going to be looking for resilience every day through a simple exercise challenge.

Because by challenging yourself like this – putting yourself through short-term discomfort – is going to lead to long-term comfort.

Sooooo here’s how this is going to go down 👊

Every day I’m going to throw you an exercise to do from 6 AM – for a certain timeframe – and your going is to simply perform it WITHOUT stopping OR stopping the least amount of times possible.
