Monday = Run a distance (any distance)

Tuesday = Beat Mondayโ€™s distance by at least 500M

Wednesday = Beat Mondayโ€™s distance by at least 1K

Thursday = Beat Mondayโ€™s distance by at least 1.5K

Friday = Beat Mondayโ€™s distance by 2K

Iโ€™ll be joining in on this on also squad!
